The Arena parking lot will be closed from May 1 until early September due to construction. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.

WE ARE CURRENTLY ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS FOR SUMMER PARKING. The university strongly encourages the use of alternative modes of transportation whenever possible.  If you are looking for support to find an alternative mode of transportation that suits your needs, please contact our Sustainability Team at sustainability@smu.ca.

Please note:

Pick up for General above ground summer parking permits will begin on April 25, 2012. Pick up for Underground summer parking permits will begin April 30, 2012.

Please do not park on campus without a permit, you will be ticketed.  Three or more violations can result in an immobilization boot being placed on your vehicle ($50 removal fee, plus payment of all $15 parking tickets) or your vehicle being towed (at owners expense).

Facility related emergencies should be immediately called in to Facilities Management (floods, clogged toilets, washroom supplies empty). If your call is transferred to voice mail, please hang up and contact Security at 420-5577. 

If it is a FIRE, MEDICAL EMERGENCY or OTHER SECURITY EMERGENCY contact Security directly at 420-5000.
