Policies and Procedures for Booking Rooms

The information provided in this section information is designed to provide you with a guide for booking space on campus. Chief among these guidelines is the request that classroom bookings must be made with at least 24 hours notice. Although we are usually able to handle last minute requests, this is not always the case.

We have a telephone line dedicated to room bookings requests - it is 5055. This phone line is very busy and we ask for your patience. We return all calls within one business day.
