Food Service

When visiting the SMU campus, Conference Services will arrange room bookings and the university caterer, ARAMARK Higher Education, provides all your food service on campus.  Whether you want a refreshment break, light lunch or a formal dinner, ARAMARK can fulfill you catering needs.

In addition to catering services, a Summer Conference Meal Plan is also available for our dining hall, for groups of 75 or more.  As an all-you-care-to-eat style of dining, there are several service stations available with a variety of offerings.  This includes the deli, salad bar and soup stations, as well as a Mediterranean area which offers pizza and pasta dishes, the comfort zone which provides home cooked meals, and the grill. Milk, juice, soft drinks, fresh fruit and desserts are also offered.
