Teaching Dossiers

The Teaching Dossier is a self-reflective document that enables you to present in a clear, concise manner your teaching philosophy, abilities, and achievements. Many universities now require teaching dossiers in all applications for review, tenure, promotion, and for part-time and sessional appointments.

In 2008, the Senate Committee on Learning and Teaching produced guidelines to assist Saint Mary’s faculty in developing their own teaching dossiers.
