Access-Ability provides businesses with a wage subsidy to offer persons with disabilities meaningful employment opportunities. Participants aged 15-30 will apply their skills in a work setting consistent with their education, allowing them to become leaders in their chosen fields. After the work term, participants will have the opportunity to transition into launching their own businesses, receiving support, guidance, and training along the way.
Notice: All placements for the 2017 Access-Ability program have been filled. All applications moving forward will be placed on a waiting list.
- - $15/hour wage subsidy lasting 39 weeks

There is also a second stream of the program intended for those looking to become entrepreneurs.
