Faculty: Telephone Moves and Changes
Two weeks' advance notice is required for telephone moves and/or changes. Telephone moves and changes can be very expensive (for example, moving your telephone from one side of your office to the other can cost $150 or more), so please ensure that your telephone move is necessary. Inquiries should be directed to the Help Desk.
Faculty: Department Long Distance Reports
The telephone system call traffic is monitored by a PC-based call-accounting system called TBS. Although TBS is considered one of the most accurate systems available, there can be discrepancies. If you encounter a false or questionable charge on your detail reports, please forward a copy to the Manager, Telecommunications & Audio Visual Support.
