Located on the second floor of Loyola Academic and on the ground floor of Atrium, the ITSS Help Desk is the place to go when you are having questions or problems with computers, telephones, or internet connections.

We handle all incoming technical requests for ITSS, so if you have a problem with your account, a question about software applications, want to use a video presentation in a class, or require assistance with the classroom technology, please come and see us.
