Bernadine has been employed in the Department of Economics at Saint Mary's University for nearly 20 years. She is involved with many community organizations and activities. Her hobbies include curling, golf, softball, volleyball, reading, quilting, photography and most outdoor activities.

Roles and Responsibilities

In her role as Secretary to the Department of Economics, Bernadine is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the operation of the Departmental Office. She also liaises with students, full- and part-time faculty and various administrative offices on campus.

Bernadine has also been involved with many university committees and groups including: Annual Saint Mary's University Staff, Faculty and Student Softball Tournament, Safety Audit Team, Ideas Team and Access Awareness Committee of Saint Mary's University, and the Saint Mary's University Staff Union (NSGEU Local 79), Treasurer and Social Committee.
