Nickie Young rejoined the Department of Accounting in 1993, having previously been on faculty from 1975 to 1987. With interests primarily in financial accounting and reporting, she has worked since the early 90s with the CICA's Public Sector Accounting Board (PSAB) as an Associate, as a member and chair of the Board, and as chair and member of PSAB Task Forces. Nickie also worked with the Atlantic School of Chartered Accountancy (ASCA) for over 25 years in a variety of roles, and co-authors the market-leading textbook on intermediate financial accounting.
