Kevin joined the Sobey School of Business in 1999. He was the inaugural director of the Ph.D. program in Management (2000-2003), He is the Canada Research Chair in Occupational Health Psychology and holds appointments in both the Department of Management and Department of Psychology at Saint Mary's University. He is the founding, and current, director of the CN Centre for Occupational Health and Safety - a centre of research excellence.
