Russell Fralich is an assistant professor at the Sobey School of Business at Saint Mary’s University, where he teaches Strategic Management. He earned his Ph.D. in Administration (Management specialization) from HEC Montreal. He earlier received his Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelors degree in Engineering Physics from McMaster University. Prior to academia, he worked for more than fourteen years in a wide range of business, managerial and technical roles within the telecommunications industry in Canada, Germany and Sweden.
