Amy Warren graduated from Memorial University of Newfoundland with a Bachelor of Commerce Cooperative Degree in 2001 and completed her Master of Employment Relations in 2003. She has been a full-time lecturer at Memorial University's Faculty of Business since September of 2003. Amy's teaching areas include Business Communications, Human Resource Management and Organizational Theory. Previous to her position as a lecturer, Amy was a researcher in the area of health and safety.

Amy has previously conducted research in the area of health and safety and offshore employment in the oil and gas sector. More recently her research has involved assessing employee's perceptions of and the overall impact of Employment Equity programs.
