Profile

Taxonomy and ecology of parasites of fish, with emphasis on myxozoans and viviparous monogenes. Present projects include 1) the description of myxozoan parasite communities in small bodied freshwater fishes, 2) the biology of gyrodactylosis of trout and of cod, 3) biomass of parasite communities of brook trout in small lakes.
