Preliminary Proposal submitted to Academic Planning (PDF format) (Nov 2001)
The University allocated two of its CRCs, including one tier I chair, as well as created one new faculty and one PDF position to support the ICA. The administration requested a formal proposal be written to found the ICA as a legal entity of Saint Mary's University, and this link was the result. The University Senate approved the proposal as submitted, officially creating the ICA on December 14, 2001:
