Announcing Lieutenant Governor’s Award
It is with great delight that we announce that Atlantic School of Theology has been invited to be home to a new Lieutenant Governor’s award. The award, called the Faith in Action Award, continues Her Honour’s deep commitment to community development, by providing recognition to those whose religious faith has motivated them to significantly enrich the life of Nova Scotians from the wider community of which they are a part. The award is open to people from any religious tradition. Recipients will be selected by a committee that will include representatives from Atlantic School of Theology and from the Nova Scotia Interfaith Council. The award will be made annually at the AST convocation. More information about the award and how to nominate potential recipients can be found here.
