What Do Geography Graduates Do?

Geography degrees provide training leading to a wide variety of careers, notably in the fields of land use planning, resource management, marketing, environmental research, and teaching. An increasing proportion of these positions require technical training in such areas as geographic information systems (GIS), remote sensing, or cartography, and many of our graduates now augment their degree with specialist training in such areas.
