What is anthropology? Anthropology is the study of people - through all time and space - as both biological and cultural animals. The four subdisciplines traditionally distinguished are represented by our faculty and curriculum: Biological Anthropology, Linguistic Anthropology, Archaeology, and Socio-cultural Anthropology.
