Increasingly, individuals and organizations are seeking to understand how to make the experience of work healthy and safe. We conduct research and disseminate research findings in an effort to explore the fundamental aspects of the work experience. This allows us to inform best practices in creating safe and psychologically healthy workplaces. We offer educational and training opportunities to the business community in an effort to build safe and psychologically healthy workplaces.
The CN Centre also supports the Psychologically Healthy Workplace Awards and Conference. The Award recognizes Nova Scotian organizations that make a commitment to fostering employee health and well-being while enhancing organizational performance and productivity. The Conference offers expert speakers and progressive information regarding creating a psychologically healthy workplace.
